SHIPPING 24/48h WORKING DAYS
Orders in Spain and Portugal (Peninsula) are delivered in 24/48 working hours. Place your order before 4:00 p.m. to receive it the next day. If you place your order on a Friday before 4:00 p.m., it will be delivered on Monday. On Saturdays and Sundays no shipments or deliveries are made.
Delivery times are estimated and on certain occasions and for reasons beyond the control of the company there may be delays in said deliveries, for any type of query about your shipment you can write to us at infomoon@moonplata.com

Normally we include more than one item for each box we use, where each product has an individual cloth bag, so we optimize the volume of your order in order to offer you the best shipping price.
If your order is made up of earrings per unit, packs, rings or discounted items, several items will be included in the same pouche.
If you want to receive each item in an additional box, add an extra box to your purchase for each of the items in which you want individual packaging.
