From the moment you buy your jewel and up to the following 2 months, MOON covers with its guarantee any damage or defect of the jewel that has occurred due to a manufacturing defect.
1. If the customer receives a product that is damaged or in poor condition, MOON will take care of replacing that item with one in perfect condition and collecting the one that is not at the same time.
The customer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to check that it is in perfect condition and if not, inform us of any type of problem.
2. For items purchased previously and that have suffered some kind of problem over time, MOON will be responsible for repairing them (as long as it is within the product's 2-month warranty period), with the customer being the one to send them to the address indicated. Once repaired they will be returned to you free of charge.
3. In the event that we are unable to deliver a product under warranty (repaired or replaced) to the customer, the total amount paid will be refunded or the product will be replaced with another with similar or superior characteristics.
WARRANTY does not include:
- Loss of color or shine and wear of the jewel due to improper use by the buyer (humidity, chemical products, accidental breakage, blows)
- The loss of the product by the customer. The company is not responsible and the part will not be replaced in these cases.
- The breakage of the closures of the earrings due to prolonged use of the same.
