Product changes
At MOON we offer you the possibility of changing your purchase for free in Spain (peninsula), within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
The first free change will be made in the following cases:
- On items of the same value or higher.
- Change of ring size.
Purchases of earrings per unit and products of the "Special Price" category are excluded in the first free change.
In order for us to collect the product, you must write an email to infomoon@moonplata.com indicating your order number and the product you want to exchange, and in the case of rings, you must indicate the new size to be purchased.
A person from the team will give you the necessary instructions to start the process as soon as possible.
Remember that the jewel must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging!
Return policy
Returns will be borne by the customer, the products must arrive with the original packaging and be in perfect condition.
In the event that a return arrives with the product in poor condition, the corresponding amount will not be paid.
If you prefer that we take care of the collection of the product you want to return, no problem!
We will schedule a collection with our parcel company that will pick it up at your home on the day and time you indicate. The cost of this collection is €5, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

The payment will be made within a maximum of 7 days, after receipt of the products, through the same payment method. Shipping costs will not be included in the payment of the order.
IMPORTANT: Changes and returns of the SPECIAL PRICES category are not accepted.
