Orders in Spain & Portugal (Peninsula) are delivered in 24/48 working hours. In the EU they are delivered in 2/3 days. Rest of Europe in 7/10 days. On Saturdays and Sundays no shipments or deliveries are made. For more information on rates and shipping, see the shipping page.

Packaging

We normally include more than one item for each box we use, where each product has an individual cloth bag. If your order is less than €25, the product will be shipped in a cloth bag. The earrings per unit, packs, rings or discount items will include several items in the same cloth bag. If you want to receive each item in an additional box, add an extra box to your purchase for each of the items in which you want individual packaging, by clicking here.

Returns & Exchanges

Changes.

We offer you the possibility of changing your purchase for free in Spain (peninsula), within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The first free change will be made in the following cases:

- On items of the same value or higher.

- Ring size change.

Purchases of earrings per unit and products of the "Special Price" category are excluded in the first free change.

Returns

Returns will be borne by the customer, the products must arrive with the original packaging and be in perfect condition.
