Los pendientes son muy bonitos pero el aro es tan estrecho q fui incapaz de ponerlos, de hecho de uno de ellos se soltó la pluma y la perdi.
Hola Diana! Sentimos que hayas tenido problemas al ponerte estos pendientes. El diámetro sí que es estrecho pero va acorde con el tamaño de la pluma y del diseño de los pendientes, y cuánto más pequeños más difíciles son de poner. Nos vamos a poner en contacto contigo para ofrecerte una solución :)

El envío super rápido, los recibí al día siguiente. Las plumitas pequeñitas, cómo a mí me gustan, pero con lo que no estoy satisfecha es con el tamaño del aro, es tan pequeño que no puedo ni cerrarlo, si fuera un poco más grande, 10 mm por ejemplo, los pendientes serían perfectos.

Orders in Spain & Portugal (Peninsula) are delivered in 24/48 working hours. In the EU they are delivered in 2/3 days. Rest of Europe in 7/10 days. On Saturdays and Sundays no shipments or deliveries are made. For more information on rates and shipping, see the shipping page.
Packaging
We normally include more than one item for each box we use, where each product has an individual cloth bag. If your order is less than €25, the product will be shipped in a cloth bag. The earrings per unit, packs, rings or discount items will include several items in the same cloth bag. If you want to receive each item in an additional box, add an extra box to your purchase for each of the items in which you want individual packaging, by clicking here.
Changes.
We offer you the possibility of changing your purchase for free in Spain (peninsula), within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The first free change will be made in the following cases:
- On items of the same value or higher.
- Ring size change.
Purchases of earrings per unit and products of the "Special Price" category are excluded in the first free change.
Returns
Returns will be borne by the customer, the products must arrive with the original packaging and be in perfect condition.
