Shipping & Delivery

Peninsula orders are delivered within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. For more information on shipping rates and options, please visit our shipping page.

Packaging

We typically include multiple items in each box, with each product individually packaged in a fabric pouch. If your order is under €25, your item will be shipped in the fabric pouch. Individual earrings, packs, rings, or sale items may be included in the same fabric pouch. If you would like to receive each item in an additional box, please add an extra box to your purchase for each item you wish to have individually packaged by clicking here.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within Spain (Peninsula) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The first exchange is free in the following cases:

• For items of equal or greater value.
• For ring size exchanges.

Please note that single earrings and items from the "Special Price" category are excluded from the first free exchange.

Returns
